We will be begin by giving you a safety lesson and tenchnique training. You will be able to use the battery operated efoil to ride above the water after your brief training. You will see Jamaica from a whole new point of view with Lift Foil Jamaica. You will venture into places unseen by most people and explore the oceans, beaches and rivers of Jamaica in a whole new way.

Intro to Foiling
Level 1
Lets get going! Climb onto the efoil and press the trigger. We will learn speed control, turning and board balance while on our belly or knees.
Level 2
Lets stand up! Learn speed control while you transition from belly to standing while maintaining direction and board balance. To pass Level 2 you must learn to fall under control and with the finger off the trigger. Your body will get used to the feel of the board as you accelerate, decelerate and turn while standing up and without allowing the board to leave the surface of the water. The best way to learn to fly is not to fly.
Level 3
Lets Fly! You feel comfortable operating the efoil on the surface of the water, you are falling away from the board with the finger off the trigger. You will shift your stance into the flight position and the efoil will become alive and start to slowly separate from the water. You must be able to hold the efoil just 3 inches above the surface of the water, while you practice takeoffs and landings and your body gets used to the new amazing feeling. To pass Level 3 you must show awareness of your surrounding and remain in the operations area as well as fallow all local maritime rules and regulations.
